The Mat Academy online learning environment provides the same world-class education to those who need a flexible program to fit into their busy lives. The Academy allows students to study the Pilates Method through supportive distance education, in turn, creating a path for new careers and teaching opportunities for students globally.

The Mat Academy program provides an engaging and interactive medium to learn our essential Core Mat I, Core Mat II, and Core Mat III courses. Each subsequent program builds upon the information learned from the previous course.

The Complete Mat Academy is composed of 21 total modules. These modules include video and animated lessons, quizzes, workouts, and supporting document downloads. Students can also utilize live, video conference teaching practice with other Academy students and Power Pilates teachers worldwide. Graduates of the Complete Mat Academy will know how to teach a 60-minute advanced level Mat class (including modifications and variations for advancement).
