This follow-up workshop, Applying Anatomy to Movement, bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, building on the foundational anatomy concepts reviewed in the September Anatomy for Power Pilates Apprentices seminar. Participants will learn to translate anatomical terms into effective and precise movement cues, deepening their understanding of how muscles, bones, and joints work together within the context of specific Pilates exercises. Through hands-on practice, we'll analyze common movement patterns, identify muscular imbalances, and troubleshoot challenges, empowering apprentices to see the body with a more educated eye and guide their clients toward safer, more integrated, and more powerful movement.
