Avigail FitoussiGali Fitoussi is from Philadelphia, PA. She got certified in Boca Raton, Florida in 2010. It was love at first sight for Gali! She started classes to help with her knees and lower back pain and became hooked. She felt energetic, stronger, and the pain was gone. Gali decided to get certified in Pilates to help others. Her piece of advice for those who want to become a certified Pilates instructor is to keep it simple and stay grounded with the classical method. Read the room and allow yourself to be flexible and creative! Gali served in the Israeli Army, and she and her husband have two boys and a bunny.
